Child’s mother right to contest parental affiliation of her husband

A woman who has given birth to a child while married has the right to contest her husband's parental affiliation.
Only if another person files an application to establish his parental affiliation will the mother's claim to remove her husband's name as the child's father from the birth record be satisfied.
One year statute of limitations is applied to the mother's claim to introduce changes to the birth record, such statute of limitations beginning to run on the day the child birth has been registered.
