If you have received temporary protection, you may have free access to the labour market in the Czech Republic. This means you can find any job, sign a contract with an employer and start working.

As an employee, you have the right to:
- Fair and equal treatment;
- Written employment contract;
- Guaranteed minimum wage (16,200 CZK for a 40-hour work week);
- Reward for work performed;
- Safe working conditions;
- Payment of medical and social insurance by the employer;
- Paid vacation;
- Sick leave.
