According to the decision of the investigator or prosecutor, the body of the deceased is sent for a forensic medical examination and the issuance of a medical death certificate.
After conducting an autopsy and determining the cause of death, in order to receive the body for burial, it is necessary to apply to the prosecutor for the appropriate permission.
