Temporary protection does not automatically end when a foreigner leaves the territory of the Czech Republic.
If you no longer plan to stay in the Czech Republic, you must cancel your temporary protection before leaving to Ukraine. For such, it is necessary to contact the MV OAMP department.
A special long-term visa (for a stay of more than 90 days) issued in connection with a dangerous situation in Ukraine remains valid when leaving the territory of the Czech Republic.
