Reasons and procedure for the reburial of the dead.

1.1. Reburial of remains of the deceased is allowed:

• by decision of the executive body of the village, town, and city council;

• based on a written request of the person who performed the initial burial;

• with the medical death certificate;

• with the permission of the executive body of the respective village, town, or city council for  burial the remains in another cemetery.

1.2. The reburial permit service can be obtained free of charge from:

• the executive body of the village, town, and city council;

• center for the provision of administrative services to regional, district and corresponding city-state administrations ( based on their coordinated decisions).

1.3. After obtaining permission for reburial, the funeral service ensures the execution of the contract order for reburial and sets the date for its implementation.
