To cross the border as an accompanying person, you need to provide:

1. Documents confirming family ties:

  • Marriage certificate (original or notarized copy).

2. Documents confirming the disability of the accompanied person:

  • One of the following documents:
  • Certificate to the act of examination by the medical and social expert commission (form No. 157-1/о).
  • A certificate confirming the status of a person with a disability.
  • A pension certificate or a document confirming the appointment of social assistance.

Note:
