To cross the border as an accompanying person, you need to provide:
1. Documents confirming family ties:
- Marriage certificate (original or notarized copy).
2. Documents confirming the disability of the accompanied person:
- One of the following documents:
- Certificate to the act of examination by the medical and social expert commission (form No. 157-1/о).
- A certificate confirming the status of a person with a disability.
- A pension certificate or a document confirming the appointment of social assistance.
Note:
- All documents must be originals or notarized copies.
- Depending on the circumstances, additional documents may be requested, such as a medical certificate of the need for accompaniment.
