Non-financial (in-kind) social assistance (food, school meals, materials) can usually be requested from the municipality where your permanent address is registered, such as exemption from payment for doctor-prescribed medicines (free or cheaper medicines), free or discounted children's meals in institutions, and free festive meals for children, as well as one-time material assistance for child protection (support for textbooks and educative materials).
