From January 1, 2024, all citizens of Ukraine who wish to apply for protection in Norway and need a place to live must register their application at the National Center for Arrival and Registration of Refugees (Nasjonalt ankomstsenter). The National Center for Arrival and Registration of Refugees is located in the municipality of Råde, at Mosseveien 58, 1640 Råde.
Individuals who have found a place to live on their own and do not need a place in a refugee shelter can register their application for protection at the National Center for Arrival and Registration of Refugees (in the municipality of Råde) or at one of the six police registration points located throughout Norway, that is:
1) Kirkenes Police Registration Office (Finnmark Police District)
2) Trondheim Police Registration Office (Trønnelag Police District)
3) Bergen Police Registration Office (Eastern Police District)
4) Yaren Police Registration Office (South-Western Police District)
5) Thorpe Police Registration Office (South East Police District)
6) Registration Center in Gardermoen (contact information is the same as for the National Center for Arrival and Registration of Refugees in the municipality of Råde).
