Who is the Human Rights Commissioner and how can you reach out to them?

Every individual has the right to address the Human Rights Commissioner of the Parliament of Ukraine to protect their rights, according to Article 55 of the Constitution of Ukraine. According to the law "On the Human Rights Commissioner of the Parliament of Ukraine," a person can contact this body if their rights and freedoms have been violated by state authorities, local self-government bodies, their officials, as well as legal and natural persons.
