Who can apply for the reservation of conscripts?

The employer (state authority, other state body, local self-government body or enterprise, institution, or organization assigned for the mobilization tasks) formulates a reservation proposal, which defines the list of employees offered for reservation.
The specified proposal is sent for approval to the state authority by the sector of the economy in which the company operates. For example, a company from the agricultural industry sends a proposal to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and an IT company to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Important!
Individual entrepreneurs cannot apply for reservations, both for themselves and for their employees.
