Who has the right to inherit if there is a will?

If there is a will, the right to inheritance is vested in the persons named in it as heirs. However, regardless of the content of the will, the testator's minor, adult, disabled children, disabled widow/widower and parents are entitled to a mandatory share in the inheritance, which is half of the share that would have been due to each of them if they had inherited by law.
