Which conscripts are not subject to the reservation?

The following categories of persons liable for military service are not subject to reservation:
1. Employees who do not meet the criteria for reservation:
- Persons who do not perform tasks related to mobilisation orders.
- Employees working on the basis of civil law contracts rather than as employees.
- Those who do not hold critical positions to ensure the smooth operation of enterprises or industries.
2. Persons with deficit military specialities (MSP):
- Persons with military occupational specialities identified by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine as critically needed for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
3. Persons not registered with the military:
- Citizens who did not register for military service after reaching the age of conscription.
- Women without military specialities (except for those who have voluntarily registered).
- Persons who do not officially reside in Ukraine.
4. Persons exempt from conscription:
- Persons with disabilities.
- Parents with three or more children under the age of 18.
- Guardians of children or persons with disabilities.
- Persons who are full-time carers of sick relatives.
- Full-time students and postgraduate students.
- People's deputies of Ukraine and members of local councils.
- Researchers and academic staff.
