Which conscripts are not subject to the reservation?

Reservation does not apply to persons who:

- do not perform work related to the implementation of mobilization tasks;

- are not employees but work based on civil law contracts;

- are not on the military register of conscripts;

- are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization based on Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization";

- occupy positions that are not decisive for ensuring the sustainable functioning of enterprises and industries and are not in short supply on the labour market, and that can be replaced by non-military citizens or that do not belong to professions that ensure food production;

- have scarce for the Armed Forces of Ukraine military specialities, the list specified in letter of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 220/1469 dated March 11, 2022, which you can find at the link.
