Ukrainian students can apply to universities in Spain. Universities charge tuition, but Ukrainians are eligible for scholarships. They can be found by searching for "Becas" on university websites.
The Spanish higher education system has three levels:
- bachelor's (3 years);
- master's (1 year, sometimes 2), and
- doctoral (3 years) (4 years).
To apply for various programs, one must submit a bachelor's or master's degree or a high school graduation certificate, as well as translate one's grades into the Spanish system. A language certificate is required by some universities (English or Spanish). Entrance exams are not required, but this is dependent on the university.
