For women students:

  • Required documents:
  • Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad.
  • A document confirming your studies at a foreign educational institution: a letter of enrolment or a student ID card.

For male students (18-60 years old):

  • The study started before the introduction of martial law.
  • He/she belongs to the categories exempted from mobilization (e.g., a person with a disability).
  • Has other legal grounds, such as being under the age of 18.

3. Required documents:

  • Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad.
  • Documents confirming student status:
  • Enrolment letter or certificate from the university.
  • Documentary evidence that your studies started before martial law (if applicable).
  • Military registration documents:
  • Military ID card or registration certificate.
  • Certificate of deferment from conscription:
  • Issued by the military commissariat in accordance with the law.
