The National Distance Learning University, UNED, offers two basic courses of 25 hours each in Spanish. These are self-paced courses with no teacher assistance. You can begin and finish the course at your own pace. There is also a final certificate included.

In addition to the foregoing, there are numerous organizations in Spain that provide free courses in computer literacy, English language learning, and web design to refugees, asylum seekers, and stateless people.
