The following categories of persons are buried free of charge at the expense of the state:

  1. Persons with special merit:
  • Have special merits before the state or outstanding labor merits.
  1. Combatants and injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity.
  2. Persons with disabilities as a result of war.
  3. Single citizens who have no relatives.
  4. Persons of no fixed abode (homeless).
  5. Citizens whose relatives refused to bury them.
  6. Unidentified bodies found if their identity has not been established.

Burial is carried out in accordance with the law at the place of discovery or registration of the person, as well as with the involvement of local authorities and relevant services.
