A court fee is paid on a common basis when filing an application with the court to declare a person dead.
An individual must pay a court fee equal to 0.2 of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, as established by law as of 1 January of the current year.
This amount is equal to UAH 605.60 in 2024.
