Does the State Land Cadastre and other state registers work in Ukraine during martial law?

State Land Cadastre (SLC):

• The SLC has resumed operations, but with certain restrictions imposed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
• The restrictions relate to:
• Use of the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine.
• Access to SLC data in certain administrative units, depending on the security situation.

Other state registers:

• Most registers have been restored.
• Access is restricted:
• Only for authorised persons (state registrars) and notaries.
• Access may be temporarily blocked in certain regions determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
