  • An IDP must notify the social security authority of leaving for permanent residence abroad within three calendar days after arrival in the country.

2. Consequences of leaving for permanent residence:

  • Cancellation of IDP certificate: The IDP certificate is cancelled.
  • Termination of assistance payments: All payments related to IDP status are terminated.

3. Recommendations:

  • Before moving to a permanent place of residence, contact the social protection authority at the place of registration.
  • Submit an application for voluntary refusal of the IDP certificate to avoid further questions or claims.

Note:

  • If the departure is temporary, it is not necessary to notify the social protection authorities, but the status and payments can be checked by the social protection authorities through the registration systems.
