Are persons who have been previously convicted subject for military registration?

As a general rule, persons with previous convictions are subject to military registration. However, there are exceptions:

  • They are not subject to military registration:
  • Persons who have been sentenced to imprisonment for a grave or especially grave crime.
  • Subject to military registration:
  • Persons whose criminal record has been cancelled or removed in accordance with the law.
