Is it necessary to conclude a volunteer assistance agreement?

No, it is not.
A volunteer organization is obliged to sign such an agreement only upon the request of the volunteer aid recipient.
In case of its signing, such an agreement must contain the following information:
- description of the volunteer assistance (task)
- the period of volunteer assistance
- rights and obligations of the parties
- liability for damages.
