Yes, you have the right to terminate your parental leave early. To do so, you must notify your employer in writing no later than 10 calendar days before your desired date of return to work.
- Your employer has no right to refuse to terminate your parental leave early. If they still object to your return to work, this is a violation of labor law. In this case, you can apply to the State Labor Service of Ukraine or to the court to protect your rights.
