Can an NGO be registered online?

Share

Yes, it can.

For this to be done, you need:

-       to have at least two founders

-       to have a qualified electronic signature (QES) of all the founders (QES can be obtained from qualified electronic trust service providers)

-       to have a prepared set of documents for NGO registration [reference to VI, Q1].

To register the NGO, please go to the Online House of Justice portal where you have to:

-       Select the “NGO Registration” service.

-       Sign in with an electronic signature.

-       Fill out an electronic application.

-       Attach electronic versions of documents for NGO registration.

-       Sign the registration application using the electronic signatures of all founders.

After the application is completed, the documents review result will be displayed in your personal office at the Online House of Justice portal. The electronic registration excerpt and the organization's charter will be available in a special web resource after entering the code displayed in your personal office.
