Is it possible to register as a private entrepreneur or legal entity during a state of war?

Share

Yes, registration of individual entrepreneurs (IEs) or legal entities during martial law is possible. Registration is carried out through the following channels:

1. Online via the Diia app:

  • You can apply for registration of a sole proprietorship or legal entity in a few clicks.
  • The service is available around the clock.

2. Through a state registrar:

  • Contact the authorised state registrar to submit the necessary documents.

3. Through the Administrative Services Centre (ASC):

  • Services are provided during business hours and are available in designated administrative units.

All registration channels are subject to possible restrictions and martial law requirements.
