Can a business be registered online?

Yes, in Ukraine, it is possible to register a business online via the "Diia" portal. This applies to both sole proprietorships (SPs) and limited liability companies (LLCs).

• SP Registration
• Authorization: Register or log in to your account on the "Diia" portal.
• Form Completion: Provide the required information, including: selection of activity types (KVEDs), and choice of the taxation system.
• Submission: Sign the application with your electronic signature.

After your application is processed, you will receive an extract from the Unified State Register (USR) in your "Diia" account.

• LLC Registration
• Authorization: Log in to the "Diia" portal.
• Application Completion: Provide necessary details about the founders, director, and select the model charter option.
• Submission: All founders must sign the application using their electronic signatures.
• Restrictions for Online LLC Registration:
• Only individuals who are Ukrainian citizens can be founders.
• Registration is based on a model charter.
• No limitations can be imposed on the director's authority.
• Unique record numbers in the register (URN) of all beneficial owners must be provided.

Once registration is complete, you can download an extract from the USR in your "Diia" account.
