Conditions for Establishing Guardianship/Custodianship by a Foreigner:
A foreigner can take a child under guardianship or custodianship only if one of the following conditions is met:
- The foreigner is married.
- The foreigner is a relative of the child.
Procedure for Establishment:
- If the specified conditions are met, guardianship/custodianship is established under the general procedure provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
