Is it possible to establish guardianship/ custodianship by a foreigner under martial law?

Conditions for Establishing Guardianship/Custodianship by a Foreigner:

A foreigner can take a child under guardianship or custodianship only if one of the following conditions is met:

• The foreigner is married.
• The foreigner is a relative of the child.

Procedure for Establishment:

• If the specified conditions are met, guardianship/custodianship is established under the general procedure provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
