Is it possible to provide in a marriage contract the transfer of real estate to the ownership of one of the spouses?

1. Prohibition on the transfer of real estate:

2. Permissible conditions regarding property in a marriage contract:

- Define property that will be transferred for the joint needs of the family.
- Establish the legal regime of property gifted to the spouses in connection with the marriage registration.
- Agree on the procedure for the use or maintenance of the property.
