Can the spouses renounce a marriage contract concluded between them?

Conditions for refusal:
1. Spouses have the right to refuse the marriage contract by mutual agreement:
- The refusal is formalized by submitting a statement to a notary.
2. Rights and obligations established by the marriage contract cease:
- From the moment a new agreement to refuse is made,
- or from the day the statement is submitted to the notary (at the spouses' discretion).
3. Unilateral refusal from the marriage contract is not allowed:
- Unless otherwise provided by law or the terms of the contract.
