1. Temporary Placement of a Child:
- Permitted for Ukrainian citizens and foreigners lawfully residing in Ukraine.
- Temporary placement must be carried out exclusively within the territory of Ukraine.
2. Travel Abroad with the Child:
- It is prohibited to leave Ukraine with a child placed temporarily in a family, except in cases where:
- The child is your sibling, grandchild, stepson, or stepdaughter.
Clarification:
- For Ukrainian citizens, temporary placement of a child must take place only within Ukraine. Travel abroad with the child is allowed only if there is a close family relationship.
