Does a volunteer have the right to go abroad to receive a humanitarian aid?

Yes, it does.
1. Volunteers are allowed to cross the border to transport
medical supplies;
humanitarian aid;
goods for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations and the population of Ukraine.
2. Border crossing is subject to availability:
A decision on travelling outside Ukraine made by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, regional or Kyiv city military administrations.
The person is entered into the Shlyakh information system, which is administered by The State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety.
3. Length of stay abroad:
No more than 30 days.
The decision on the possibility of departure is made for a period of up to 6 months (during which time the volunteer can leave the territory of Ukraine).
