Does the owner of an agricultural land have the right to receive compensation for lost profit if access to his/her plot was restricted (due to explosive contamination/presence of military personnel or fortifications)?

Yes, he has.
However, currently, the legislation of Ukraine does not provide for a special mechanism for receiving compensation for the lost benefit to the owner of the agricultural land plot. Compensation for such damage is carried out in a general manner.
