Yes, an employee is entitled to vacation leave under the simplified labour relations regime.

1) Annual paid vacation:

  • Provided in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
  • It can be divided into parts of any duration by agreement of the parties.
  • Salary for the period of vacation is paid before it starts, unless otherwise provided by the labour or collective agreement.

2) Leave without pay:

  • May be granted for family or other reasons.
  • The duration may exceed 15 calendar days per year, if provided for in the employment contract.

3) Other leaves:

  • All other types of leaves (including educational, creative, for participation in competitions, for childcare, childbirth, “Chernobyl”, for combatants, employees with children, etc.) are granted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine without any additional features.
