If you provide permanent care and accompany a person who needs it, then you have the right to travel abroad, subject to the presentation of:
- or certificates of receiving compensation / care allowance
- or the conclusion of the medical commission and the permanent care act, which is issued by local executive bodies, and in the case of permanent care for a person with a disability, additionally also documents confirming the disability.
If you care for a member of your family (parents, husband, wife, children), you have the right to travel abroad, by providing the following documents:
- a document confirming family ties (passport, birth certificate, etc.)
- and the conclusion of the medical advisory commission about the need for permanent care
