Visa-free regime and other visas

Documents proving eligibility:

- adults – passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad or an internal passport of a citizen of Ukraine (the Ukrainian ID card is recognized as a substitute passport document for a limited period of time – until 23 February 2024);

- children – the same documents or a birth certificate.

Duration – up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

Opportunities – a short-term stay in Germany, tourism, language courses, etc.

Visa regime (visa for studying, employment, marriage, etc.)

Eligibility criteria:

1. Depending on the visa category, you must fulfil visa requirements and submit an application and the necessary documents to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine.

3. Duration – over 90 days.

4. Opportunities – long-term stay in Germany, studying, employment, internships, language courses, marriage, family reunification, etc.
