Ms. Marina contacted the DRC for legal assistance regarding an issue that had long prevented her from registering her property rights. There was a spelling error in her surname in the documents, which prevented her from registering her title and entering the information into the State Register of Real Property Rights.

Due to this discrepancy, the state registrar refused to register the title, and Ms. Marina was effectively unable to fully exercise control over her property.

A DRC lawyer analyzed the situation and proposed the optimal solution—filing a petition with the court to establish the ownership of the title document. The petition was filed, and the court confirmed that the document belonged to Ms. Marina. Afterward, she was able to successfully register her ownership rights and enter the necessary information into the registry.

Thanks to DRC’s legal assistance, Ms. Marina overcame bureaucratic hurdles and restored her right to the property.
