How to register as a private entrepreneur at Diia?

For the beginning, you need to have a qualified electronic signature (QES) and choose the system of taxation: general or simplified (more detailed in Entrepreneurship section) [link to the section XII(V), question2].

To registered as a private entrepreneur online, you need: 

1. To be authorized on diia.gov.ua portal with a qualified electronic signature

2. Fill in the online form

3. Submit an application 

The filled form for the registration as a private entrepreneur will be checked and automatically sent to the Unified State Register for undertaking the registration in automatic mode. 

An application would be sent to the tax office at your place of residence or place of business. 

The notification on registration as a private entrepreneur would appear in your cabinet of citizen on diia.gov.ua portal and sent via e-mail.

After the information on registration appear at the Unified State Register, under 2 working days, you may obtain the extract from the register in your cabinet of citizen on diia.gov.ua or in the Unified State Register with the code provided via e-mail.
