How can you get a preferential mortgage loan and what is the minimum payment?

Today, there are affordable mortgage lending programmes, including the "eOselya" programme.

Who can benefit from the "eOselya" programme:

  1. Military personnel: both active military personnel and defence sector employees.
  2. Healthcare professionals.
  3. Pedagogical workers: school teachers, educators, teachers of vocational and higher education institutions.
  4. Researchers and academic staff.
  5. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) and citizens working in sectors of social importance.

Terms of the "eOselya" programme:

  1. Interest rates:
  • 3% per annum: for certain categories of citizens (military personnel, teachers, doctors, scientists).
  • 7% per annum: for other categories of citizens who meet the programme requirements.
  1. Maximum loan term: up to 20 years.
  2. Minimum down payment: at least 20% of the cost of the property.
  3. Type of housing: both newly built and secondary market housing can be purchased (if it meets the standards set by the programme).
  4. Loan amount: the amount depends on the value of the property, but it cannot exceed the limits set by the programme, which vary depending on the region and the number of people in the family.

Additional conditions:

  • The loan is granted only in the national currency - hryvnia.
  • Borrower's life and property insurance is required.
  • The property to be purchased is used as collateral for the loan.
  • The borrower must be solvent: the bank checks his or her financial standing.

How to apply:

1. Choose a property that meets the programme's conditions.

2. Register and submit an application through the official "eOselya" portal or via the mobile application.

3. Prepare the required package of documents:

  • a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and RNOKPP (identification code);
  • income statement for the last 6 months;
  • documents confirming that you belong to a category eligible for a soft loan.

4. Wait for your application to be approved by the partner bank.

5. After approval, sign the loan agreement.
