1. Main categories of goods that can be imported under the simplified procedure:

  • Personal protective equipment:
  • Military-type helmets;
  • Helmets, shock absorbers;
  • Body armour (in accordance with military standards);
  • Threads and fabrics for the manufacture of body armour.
  • Technical means:
  • Plates for body armour;
  • Radio stations for non-civilian use;
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles (quadcopters) for non-civilian use;
  • Optical devices (binoculars, monoculars, magnifiers);

2. Procedure for importing humanitarian aid:

  • The recipient of humanitarian aid must obtain a unique humanitarian aid code in the Automated Humanitarian Aid Registration System.
  • Submit a declaration on the list of goods recognised as humanitarian aid through the Single Window for International Trade or the Automated Humanitarian Aid Registration System.
  • Customs clearance of humanitarian aid is carried out at state border crossing points without additional permits.
