What goods can be imported from abroad as volunteer aid?

During martial law a simplified and declarative procedure of importing of certain categories of goods, that are humanitarian aid, is in effect. 

To such categories are included: 

- Special equipment for individual protection (helmets, that are produced in accordance with military standards, helmet’s liners and dampers); 

- Bulletproof vests, that are produced in accordance with military standards, for needs of law enforcement, Armed Forces of Ukraine, or other military formations. 

- Sewing thread for production of bulletproof vests.

- Fabric (materials) for production of bulletproof vests.

Moreover, there is a special procedure for the import of the following goods: 

- Plates for bulletproof vests; 

- Radio stations for non-civil purpose;

- UAV (drones) for non-civil purpose. 

- Binoculars, monoculars, other optical telescopes, magnifiers (enlargers) for non-civil purpose; 

- Collimator sights, optic sights for non-civil purpose; 

- Thermal imagers, night vision devices.
