How to apply for a long-service pension?

Steps to submit an application:

1. In person or through a representative:

● Contact the territorial office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine at your place of residence.

● You can apply in person or through a representative with a notarized power of attorney.

2. Electronic appeal:

● Submit an application in electronic form through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine using a qualified electronic signature.

Required documents:

● A document proving identity and registration in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers (except for persons with religious beliefs who refuse to have a registration number and have a note in their passport).

● Employment record book or other documents on length of service, if information on length of service is not available in the register of insured persons.

● Documents about the place of residence.

● Documents confirming the length of service required to receive a retirement pension.

Terms of consideration:

● Pension application documents are reviewed by the Pension Fund of Ukraine no later than 10 days from the date of their receipt. After review, a decision on pension granting, refusal or other actions is made, which is issued or sent to the person.
