The data to the electronic workbook could be filled by the employer and employee either.
For that, you need to sign in to the portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).
You may authorize via:
- qualified electronic signature (QES)
- login and password (for that you need to register on the portal with the code obtained in the regional bodies of PFU if you have the passport, taxpayers’ number and sufficient applications)
- through service ID.GOV.UA
At the left menu, choose the section “Electronic workbook”. Then go to the section “Communication with PFU” and choose the option “Data on employment relations”. There you may add scan copies of documents and create electronic record, where you add the scan copies of documents that based on such record is being done.
To the electronic workbook, you need to upload all the documents that may impact on the calculation of the insurance period. Besides the workbook, it may be the documents on education, birth certificate of children, military, and other documents.
Attention!
Currently, the electronic workbook contains the data on the main employment since the year of 2004. If your labour activity started earlier, you may add the data on it personally by submitting the scan copies of the documents.
