How to transfer volunteer aid to the recipient correctly?

For the beginning, you need to define the status of such goods. 

If the goods are imported to Ukraine as a humanitarian aid, then you should take into account that it could not be sold or conclude any other contract with the aim of obtaining the profit. 

Charitable donations and free assistance also could not be used or conclude any other contract regarding it with the aim of obtaining the profit.

The law establishes criminal responsibility for such actions. 

In any case, volunteer aid has to be transferred to final recipient duly. Specifically, by signing the Act of acceptance and transfer that should include further:

1. Date and place of transfer. 

2. Information on the person transferring the property and the person the property be transferred to. For example, for legal persons it is full name, location, and tax identification number.

3. Information on document that establishes the ownership rights (if present).

4. The description of the property necessary for its identification (for vehicle- registration number, brand, model, chassis number, year of manufacture and other registration information).

The act has to be countersigned by the respective persons and sealed (if present).
