How to get a certificate of the right to inheritance under martial law?
It is necessary to submit an application for acceptance of inheritance to any notary, regardless of the testator's last place of residence.
After submitting the application, the notary opens an inheritance case and issues a certificate to the heir with a list of documents necessary for acceptance of inheritance, indicating the fee amount for performing notarial actions. With the expiration set period from the date of the testator's death, provided that all the necessary documents in the inheritance case are available, the notary issues a certificate of the right to inheritance.
Important!
It is prohibited to issue a certificate of the right to inheritance, if the inheritance case was initiated without using the Inheritance Register, before its registration in the above-mentioned register, for which it is necessary to contact a notary.
