Where to go:
● In person at the social protection authority or ASC at the place of residence or temporary residence.
● Online through the e-services cabinet of the Ministry of Social Policy or the State Services portal.
● Use the comprehensive service "eMalyatko" on the Diia portal.
Documents required in person:
● Passport or other identity document.
● Original and copy of the child's birth certificate.
● If the applicant has an ID card, a certificate of residence registration.
● Bank account number for social payments.
A baby's package:
● Issued by the maternity hospital upon discharge. If not, you can get it from the social security office.
● To receive financial compensation for the absence of the Baby Box, submit an application with a copy of the birth certificate and a certificate from the maternity hospital stating that the Baby Box was not provided to the social protection authority or ASC at the place of residence or when receiving the eMalyatko comprehensive service.
Deadline for submitting applications:
● Applications for these payments (allowances) can be submitted within 12 months from the date of the child's birth.
