For officially employed women:
- Notify your employer about the opening of a sick leave certificate and write an application for maternity leave.
- The employer will issue a leave order and submit the necessary documents to the Social Insurance Fund:
- Application and calculation of benefits,
- A copy of the sick leave certificate,
- Your written request for leave.
- The allowance will be paid through the employer within the timeframe established for the payment of salaries.
For women in the military:
- The allowance is assigned and paid at the place of service.
For other women (including self-employed and unofficially employed):
- Contact the nearest branch of the Social Insurance Fund or through an administrative service center.
- Submit the documents for the allowance, the processing time is up to 10 days.
For women entrepreneurs:
- Register an electronic sick leave certificate with your doctor.
- Submit it to the Social Insurance Fund:
- Application and calculation,
- Certificate of payment of the unified social tax,
- Copies of your passport, employment record book, and taxpayer identification number,
- Written notice of opening a special account for payments.
3. Open a special bank account to receive assistance.
For uninsured women who do not pay insurance premiums:
- Submit the following documents to apply for benefits:
- Statement,
- Certificate in the form No. 147/о,
- Certificate from the main place of service or study,
- Certificate of the liquidation commission (in case of dismissal),
- A certificate from the employment center confirming registration as unemployed,
- Decision on adoption or guardianship (if any).
