How to register as a volunteer in the tax authorities?

If you are planning to receive funds for carrying out volunteer activities, you shall be registered in the Unified Register of Volunteers. This register is maintained by State Tax Service of Ukraine (STS).

You can register in this registry by submitting an application of the specified form to any STS branch in person, by mail or through an authorized representative.

The following documents shall also supplement the application:

- The copy of passport or tax code.

- The certificate (certificates) from the bank about opening/closing the account form № 4-РВ, that is defined for carrying out of charitable activities. 

The STS should register the applicant in the Unified Register of Volunteers during 1 working day from the moment application received.
