How to close an individual entrepreneur's business through Diia?

For this to be done, you will need an electronic signature: qualified electronic signature (QES) or Diia.Signature.

Next, you will have to:

1.  Register or log in to a citizen’s office using an electronic signature.

2.  Complete an online form. Please note that all important information is already stored in the system. Therefore, you only must make sure that it is filled in correctly and sign the application using your electronic signature.

The signed application will be automatically sent to the registrar and information about the business closed will also be sent to the tax service.

Your application will be considered within one business day.

The notification of individual entrepreneur's business closure will appear in your personal office and will be sent by e-mail.
