What is the validity period of the postponement of the conscription?

The postponement of conscription is granted for the period specified in the extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on reservation, but not more than 6 months.

• Upon the expiration of the deferral period, the employer may apply to the relevant authorities to extend the reservation period, if it is provided for by law and the employee meets the criteria for reservation.
