The procedure for submitting documents for receiving a social scholarship

Share

To receive a social scholarship, a student shall apply to the educational institution at the place of study with an application in paper or electronic form (to send by email).

The application shall contain the following information:

  • surname, name and patronymic of the student;
  • a date of birth;
  • a registered and actual place of residence;
  • a passport series and number or a number of a passport in a form of ID card (for persons under 14 years old − a birth certificate);
  • a certificate of registration number of the taxpayer's account card, i.e. tax ID (if any);
  • a unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if any);
  • an issuing authority and date of issue of the student card; and
  • grounds for receiving a social scholarship.

Depending on the grounds for receiving a social scholarship, you need to provide additional documents to the educational institution, for example, a copy of the certificate of registration as an internally displaced person for children who are registered as internally displaced persons.

An educational institution forms a personal file for each student and transfers it to the social protection authority.
