1.1. Based on a court decision recognizing a natural person as missing, a notary, at the person's last known place of residence, describes their property and establishes guardianship over it.

 

1.2. A guardian over the property of a person who has been declared missing or disappeared under special circumstances can be a natural person with full legal capacity (with written consent), including close relatives or family members of the person in question, or the guardianship and custody authority.
