How to get a land register extract in Diia?
For this purpose, you need to register or log in to the website of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (State Geocadastre).
Next, on the home page of e-services, you should choose “Information from the State Land Cadastre” and then select “Extract from the State Land Cadastre Regarding Land Plot” in the “Application Type” field.
Fill out the required fields (including the cadastral number of the land plot) and send the application.
The application will be considered within one business day. You can check the application review status on the State Geocadastre’s website in the “Information Request History” section.
The service fee is currently UAH 113.5.
Important!
The extract from the State Geocadastre regarding a land plot is valid for three months from the date of its issuance. You will have to re-apply for a new extract after the expiration of this term.
